Second Announcement

Thank you to those who expressed interest in the DRM workshop for the European ELT. We attach a draft program based on the responses, and also a list of attendees.

The program is looking quite full (and interesting!). It is still possible to register and attend the meeting - please reply to this email if you wish to attend and you are not already included on the list.

To those who will give a talk – please review the program and let us know if you have comments/revisions to talk titles etc. Each speaker has been allocated 20+5 mins and there are some extra sessions for discussion.

Those of you who have requested travel funding will receive a separate email about making travel arrangements.

Others are requested to make their own arrangements. We have a block of hotel rooms reserved in Garching at:

If you wish to book one of these rooms please contact the hotel directly, quoting the reference number ESO1905. Note that the rooms are only held until 05 May so please make your reservations as quickly as possible (if you haven't already done so). The rate is 72 Euro per night, including breakfast. Should you plan to arrive at the hotel after 6pm please let them know.
