The Workshop hotel is the Hotel Costa Real, in La Serena.

ESO has made a special agreement with the hotel and participants at the conference will get a reduced tariff.

In order to reserve your accommodation, please contact the hotel via e-mail (Joscelyn Gallegos, cc. mgomez@eso.org) BEFORE March 17, 2019, and indicate the booking code ESO-LSO2019.

You will be requested to indicate your credit card data as a way to guarantee your reservation, but you will NOT be charged until you check out from the hotel.

HOTEL COSTA REAL

The hotel only accepts payment in USD and CLP, cash or credit cards. Those persons who pay in Chilean pesos will be charged the price of the room plus the 19% VAT. You are exempt of this charge if you pay with US dollars or credit card (US$). This means that passengers paying in US$ can request exportation invoice (factura de exportación).

Daily rates include breakfast (7:00 - 10:30 hr.), free access to the open pool and parking. Wi-fi is also available in all the rooms and public areas at the hotel.
