Registration Fee Payment

Registration fees for in-person participants*:

  • Regular - 150 EUR
  • Student - 100 EUR

 

* Remote participation is free, but it will be limited. Specifically, remote participants can access recordings of all talks, the shared documents, and the dedicated Slack channel, in which they are welcome to contribute. They cannot give a talk, as all presentations will be conducted in person in order to foster interactions and new collaborations.

* The fees will cover lunches and coffee breaks.

We aim to make the GALCROSS workshop accessible to all, especially early-career scientists working with constrained budgets. While our funding is limited, we will be able to provide support for a number of participants. If you require support for attending the workshop, please contact the organizers as early as possible, as aid will be provided on a first-come, first-served basis.

Payment deadline: 19 August 2024.

Participation cancellation deadline: 5 September 2024.

The registration fee is payable only through the ESO shop, via credit card. 

Please note:

  • Registrations will be considered completed only upon receipt of the fee payment (see dedicated page).
  • We CANNOT accept payments during the workshop.

Important: Following the payment of the registration fee, the system will generate automatically a receipt, which will bear the address provided during the payment process. Should it be necessary that the receipt states your institute's address, this will need to be taken into account when filling in the payment form, as ESO cannot amend the automatically generated receipts later manually.

For cancellations please contact galcross at eso dot org. The registration fee will be automatically refunded in full if cancelled by 5 September.
