Accommodation
ESO has made a block reservation (15 single rooms in 3 star category, 10 single rooms in 4 star category) at Hotel König Ludwig and a block reservation (15 single rooms) at Hotel Hoyacker Hof (see below). In order to reserve your accommodation, please contact the hotels directly BEFORE 10 May 2009. After that date the pre-reservation at the special ESO rates mentioned below expires and availability of rooms will not be guaranteed. The reservation reference is "MAD09".
Daily rates include breakfast. All rooms are with shower/WC.
The hotels are in Garching and within walking distance of each other (map of Garching). There is easy access to downtown Munich as well as to the science site (Forschungszentrum) by subway (U-Bahn; see also Local Information).
