Registration Fee Payment

REGISTRATION FEES

In-person participants: 100 EUR

Remote participants: 50 EUR

- The fee of in-person participants will cover lunches, coffee breaks and social dinner. 

- ESO participants are required to pay the fee via internal procedure (through the workshop's assistant)

Payment deadline: Monday September 2, 2024

Please note:

  • Registrations will be considered completed only upon receipt of the fee payment.
  • For external participants, the registration fee is payable only through the ESO shop, via credit card, while ESO staff have to contact the workshop's assistant.
  • We CANNOT accept payments during the workshop.

Important: Following the payment of the registration fee, the system will generate automatically a receipt, which will bear the address provided during the payment process. Should it be necessary that the receipt states your institute's address, this will need to be taken into account when filling in the payment form, as ESO cannot amend the automatically generated receipts later manually.

For cancellations please contact adp2024@eso.org. The registration fee will be automatically refunded in full if cancelled before the start of the conference.
