Conference Registration Form

Please complete and submit this form not later than September 30, 2009.

Please make your hotel reservations before October 1st, 2009.

The registration fee, which includes the conference dinner, is 250 EUR or its equivalent in other currencies (USD, CLP). It must be paid by credit card - please use this form - before the registration deadline of September 30, 2009. Please note that the registration fee is waived for students.
If participants cancel their registration by October 9th, we will refund the fee in full. For those ones who cancel their registration after October 9th, we will refund half the fee.

At the workshop there will be time available for contributed talks (~20 min). Poster sessions are foreseen.
