After that date, late payment at arrival (conference desk) will be possible, but ONLY IN CASH, in euros or US dollars. Heading to the fee payment page you will find a link leading you to the ESO Shop, where payment can be performed by credit card. You will find 3 items there:
Conference fee: 3 distinct values depending on your seniority level and in presence vs. remote attendance.
Conference dinner: will take place on the evening of Wednesday, November 15 in the ESO gardens in Vitacura. The cost is 40 euros per person, accompanying persons are allowed.
Lunch Catering service: The cost of the catering is 12 euros per person per day, and is limited to participants. It is NOT mandatory, and you can buy as many day as you want (up to 5).
