| Online Fee Payment deadline: | No later than 2nd half of September 2023. This is designed to ask your institution to fund you already knowing if your talk has been accepted, but still giving enough time to book flights. It will be possible to pay the fee at the arrival to the conference, but only in cash (€ or US $) |
