Your registration is considered confirmed once the registration fee is paid. The registration fee is payable through the ESO shop via credit card (see info on registration fee payment). Please note that we CANNOT accept payments during the workshop.

For cancellations up to September 1, 2019 the registration fee will be refunded in full.

Please note that the confirmation of payment will state the address entered when making the payment. If the confirmation of payment shall state the address of your institute for the purpose of a travel expense reimbursement request, please state this address when making the payment. Manual changes of the automatically generated payment confirmations are not possible.

The deadline for abstract submission for talks has passed and the SOC will no longer conisider
requests for talks. You may register to attend and/or present a poster anytime up until
the above dates.
