Programme Overview

Upload of your presentations

We will have available in the meeting room a Windows laptop and a Mac laptop with standard presentation software.

In order to ensure a seamless start of the conference and to avoid interruptions, we require everyone to submit their presentation files no later than the day before the start of your session. Of course, early submissions are welcome, and we invite all speakers to submit their presentation files already before the start of the conference.

  • Presentations can be submitted as PDF (preferred), Microsoft Powerpoint, and Keynote.
  • We prefer talk submissions by e-mail to eeu2019@eso.org, but transfer by USB key will be possible as well.
  • You will have a laser pointer, slide clicker, and a microphone.
  • The projected image in ESO's Eridanus auditorium has a native aspect ratio of 16:10, but 4:3 also shows correctly.
  • Using your own laptop is strongly discouraged.
