Full registrations are only considered after payment.
From today, August 13, abstract submission is closed, but registration will be open until the deadline on December 1st or the limit of 100 participants has been completed

Deadlines:
- Normal registration and fee payment: Nov 1, 2018
- Late registration and fee payment: Dec 1, 2018
Limited financial aid will be available and details are indicated in the 2nd announcement
The registration fee is payable through the ESO shop via credit card
The regular registration fee for the conference is EUR 250 for Senior Astronomers and Post-Docs.
Students pay the reduced registration fee of EUR 150.
The registration fee covers all tea/coffee breaks, the welcome reception and the conference dinner.
