The Workshop will be held at Enjoy Pucon / Gran Hotel Pucon

ESO has made a special agreement with the hotel and participants at the conference will get a special tariff.

In order to reserve your accommodation, please contact the hotel via e-mail (reservas@enjoy.cl, cc. mgomez@eso.org) BEFORE November 9, 2018, and indicate the booking code 1668120-GBX2018.

You will be requested to send your credit card data as a way to guarantee your reservation, but you will NOT be charged until you check out from the hotel.

ENJOY PUCION / GRAN HOTEL PUCON

The hotel only accepts payment in USD and CLP, cash or credit cards. Those persons who pay in Chilean pesos will be charged the price of the room plus the 19% VAT. You are exempt of this charge if you pay with US dollars or credit card (US$). This means that passengers paying in US$ can request exportation invoice (factura de exportación). In this way, they do not pay the VAT (IVA).

Daily rates include breakfast, free access to 3 hotel pools, gym, squash court and parking. Wi-fi is also available in the rooms, conference rooms and reception area.
