Information about Posters
POSTERS
Each poster author will be provided with one side of a free-standing board.
The posters are limited to a standard A0 (841 x 1189 mm; 33.1 x 46.8 inch, portrait orientation) size or smaller.
You will find out your poster slot number at the time of registration.
Please send us a one slide PDF or PPT about your poster for the Advertisement of Posters (1 minute, 1 slide each)
to take place in the morning of Tuesday, November 6.
You are also encouraged to bring the electronic version of your poster which will be published on our conference web site.
To upload your poster to our FTP server, please use (anonymous ID):
ftp://ftp.eso.org/pub/general/BSS2012/Contributions/Posters/
with the following format: poster-Name_slide (i.e. poster-Beccari_slide.ppt) for the 1 slide and
poster-Name_web (i.e. poster-Beccari_web.ppt) for the web version.
