Conference Registration

Due to the limited capacity of our venue, registration for the GALCROSS workshop will be confirmed upon the acceptance of submitted abstracts. We aim to integrate the review of abstracts with the registration process to ensure a comprehensive and selective approach, accommodating as many participants as possible while maintaining the quality of the session discussions. Participants will receive confirmation of both their registration acceptance and abstract status simultaneously. We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to submit your abstracts early.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

Please be aware that the workshop, except for the Q&A sessions, will be recorded.

All speakers will be requested, through submission of a specific form, to grant permission to publish their contribution. However, they can choose not to grant such permission.

Please be aware that ESO neither sells nor makes available in other ways personal data for accommodation bookings or other commercial purposes. Your personal data shall be processed only for the internal purposes of the conference organisation and shall not be used for any other purpose.
