Conference Registration
THE REGISTRATION IS NOW CLOSED.
Due to limited available space and the high level of interest in attending the conference we have already reached full capacity and have a long waiting list. Unfortunately we may no longer accept further registrations at this point.
If you have already registered and asked to present a poster, please send in your abstract until the 10th of September (if you have not done so already). Download the LaTeX template from here, fill in the fields as appropriate and then send it to disks2009@eso.org along with a eps figure (optional). The subject line of your email should include your name and "Abstract". The maximum length for an abstract is 1 A4 page (including figure, table, and references).
There will be a registration fee of 100 Euro payable at the registration desk in cash. Participants based in Garching and students are exempt from paying the registration fee. The fee includes tea/coffee breaks, the welcome reception, and the conference dinner.
Please do not forget to make your hotel reservations before 30th September 2009.
