Registration Fee Payment

Registration fees for in-person participants*:

  • Regular: 160 EUR
  • Student:   60 EUR
  • Remote:   30 EUR

 

* The fees will cover lunches and coffee breaks.

We are committed to making this workshop accessible to everyone, with a special focus on students and early-career scientists facing financial constraints. Although our funding is limited, we are pleased to offer partial financial support to a select number of participants, based on their need and the value of their attendance.
If you require financial assistance, please email us (newfrontiers_web@eso.org) with an estimated breakdown of your travel expenses, along with a brief justification of your participation in the workshop. 

Payment deadline: 20 January 2025.

The registration fee is payable only through the ESO shop, via credit card. 

Please note:

  • Registrations will be considered completed only upon receipt of the fee payment (see below link to the dedicated page).
  • We CANNOT accept payments during the workshop.

Important: Following the payment of the registration fee, the system will generate automatically a receipt, which will bear the address provided during the payment process. Should it be necessary that the receipt states your institute's address, this will need to be taken into account when filling in the payment form, as ESO cannot amend the automatically generated receipts later manually.

For cancellations please contact newfrontiers_web@eso.org. The registration fee will be automatically refunded in full if cancelled before the start of the conference.
