Registration Fee Payment

Registration fees for in-person participants*:

  • Regular - 230 EUR
  • Student - 100 EUR

 

* The fees will cover lunches, small breakfast, coffee breaks, welcome reception and dinner.

We aim to make the RAVEYSO workshop accessible to all, especially early-career scientists working with constrained budgets. While our funding is limited, we will be able to provide support for a number of participants. If you require support for attending the workshop, please contact the organisers by 17 March 2025, as aid will be provided on a first-come, first-served basis.

Payment deadline: 24 March 2025.

The registration fee is payable only through the ESO shop, via credit card. 

Please note:

  • Registrations will be considered completed only upon receipt of the fee payment (see dedicated page).
  • We CANNOT accept payments during the workshop.

Important: Following the payment of the registration fee, the system will generate automatically a receipt, which will bear the address provided during the payment process. Should it be necessary that the receipt states your institute's address, this will need to be taken into account when filling in the payment form, as ESO cannot amend the automatically generated receipts later manually.

For cancellations please contact RAVEYSO at eso dot org. The registration fee will be automatically refunded in full if cancelled before the start of the conference.
