The Mapuche people have interpreted the Milky Way since their origins, which has impacted the development of their culture. This knowledge has been transmitted through speech from generation to generation. In the last 15 years, in Chile, there have been various efforts to recover and research ancestral Mapuche knowledge which has helped us learn more about the deep connections of the Mapuche people with everything that surrounds us.

Cosmovision’s of the Pacific is an international initiative that brings together indigenous and non-indigenous people interested in establishing a network to collaborate and co-create between cultures. Through a process of authentic collaboration, the Worldviews Relational Responsibility Framework (CRAF) emerged, which is the basis for establishing collaborative networks that provide a safe space to share and grow together.
