Building Inclusion from Within: ALMA’s Journey

In this talk, I will share our journey from forming a diverse working group to drafting a robust inclusion policy and envisioning the establishment of a dedicated DEI Committee. I will highlight the challenges faced, the progress achieved, and the vision of fostering a culture where respect, equity, and diversity empower all members to thrive.
