Registration Fee Payment

Registration fees:

  • Regular fee for in-person participation - 100 EUR 
  • Student's fee for in-person participation - 50 EUR 
  • Fee for remote participation - 30 EUR
     

The fee will cover the welcome reception, lunches and coffee breaks.

Payment deadline: 30 September 2024.

The registration fee is payable only through the ESO shop, via credit card. 

Please note:

  • Registrations will be considered completed only upon receipt of the fee payment (see dedicated page).
  • The invoice can be downloaded right after the payment
  • We CANNOT accept payments during the workshop.

Important: Following the payment of the registration fee, the system will generate automatically an invoice, which will bear the address provided during the payment process. Should it be necessary that the invoice states your institute's address, this will need to be taken into account when filling in the payment form, as ESO cannot amend the automatically generated receipts later manually.

For cancellations please contact MUSE24@eso.org. The registration fee will be automatically refunded in full if cancelled before the start of the conference.
