Information about Posters
POSTERS
Each poster author will be provided with one side of a free-standing board. We will provide double-sided sticky tape to fix it to the board. The posters are limited to a standard A0 (841 x 1189 mm; 33.1 x 46.8 inch, portrait orientation) size or smaller.
The posters can be put up on Sunday afternoon during the reception, or any time during the week.
Poster session
On Monday afternoon, all poster authors are invited to give a short (1 minute, 1 slide) summary talk of their poster. Please email these or download them to our display laptop on Sunday afternoon or early Monday.
Poster viewing session
After the poster talks on Monday afternoon, there will be a poster viewing & discussion session, with hors d’ouvres and drinks.
