Registration fee:                 Eur 180

The registration fee covers accommodation for 5 nights; lunches, teas and coffees; buffet dinners on September 8 and 9 and subway ticket. This option is now only available for those who have been notified that they are on the list for rooms at Motel One.

Reduced registration for local participants and those not requiring accommodation at Motel One:                 Eur 90

This covers lunches, teas and coffees and buffet dinners on September 8 and 9 and a subway ticket, but not hotel accommodation.

We will refund hotel costs for those not staying at Motel One up to a maximum of Eur 100 on presentation of a receipt.

ESO Garching staff, students and fellows do not have to pay a registration fee. Staff, fellows and students from ESO Santiago should pay the fee, but are automatically eligible for reimbursement by RadioNet3.

Cancellations: For cancellations up to August 5 2015, the registration fee will be automatically refunded in full.  If you need to cancel at short notice, please contact eris2015@eso.org.  A refund may still be possible.
