Conference dinner
The conference dinner will take place at La Casa Vieja, on Thursday, November 21, from 21:00 until 24:00 hr. The restaurant is located in the Bellavista neighborhood, 7 km from the ESO Office.
The menu includes:
- Aperitif:
- Pisco sour, soft drink, beer
- Entree:
- meat empanada (small pie) or Cebiche mixto (raw white fish or seafood marinated in lemon juice and chopped onions)

- Main course:
- fish with rice and capers sauce
- meat loin with mashed potatoes and mushroom sauce
- pork chop with spicy mashed potatoes

- Dessert:
- Leche asada (Chilean version of a flan)
- Torta Tres Leches
- Ice cream
- Beverages: Wine, coffee, tea and herbal tea
Participants with special requirements will be informed of their dinner options at registration time.
We will provide a transport to get to La Casa Vieja from the ESO Office and back. If you wish to go on your own, it is a 7-km ride by car (15 min.)
