ONLY INVITED OR SOLICITED SPEAKERS ARE ELIGIBLE TO SUBMIT THEIR ABSTRACTS. THE SELECTION PROCES IS CONCLUDED AND THE PROGRAMME ALREADY PUBLISHED.

Please note:

  • Registrations will be considered completed only upon receipt of the fee payment (see dedicated page).
  • We CANNOT accept payments during the workshop.

For cancellations please contact us. The registration fee will be automatically refunded in full if cancelled before the start of the conference.

By filling out this form, you register to attend the ESO workshop MUSE24, which will be held in Garching near Munich from 18 to 22 November 2024. 

For ESO to organise the conference, a set of personal data is required from each participant. Your personal data shall be processed only for the purposes of the conference organisation and shall not be used for any other purpose. In particular, ESO neither sells nor makes available in other ways personal data for accomodation bookings or other commercial purposes. Your data shall be kept as long as necessary for the conference organisation and shall be deleted afterwards.

The cost of the conference dinner is to be supported by the participant. More details regarding the dinner venue will be given in due time.

Dietary restrictions for the workshop lunches

 

I agree that the European Southern Observatory (ESO) uploads my presentation slides and/or poster along with my name, affiliation, and ORCID (if provided) to the Zenodo platform under a CC BY 4.0 license with the purpose of creating conference proceedings.
