There will be no registration fee. The banquet will take place Tuesday evening at the characteristic Augustiner Restaurant, menu à la carte, at your own expenses; please indicate in the form below if you plan to attend.

Please do not forget to make your hotel reservations before September 26th, 2009 (indicative date, see the Accommodation page for the exact hotel-dependent dates).
