ESO has made a block reservation at the hotels below. In order to reserve your accommodation, please contact the hotels directly BEFORE September 26, 2009, or anyway not later than the "Up to" date provided for each hotel below. After that date the pre-reservation at the special ESO rates expires and availability of rooms will not be guaranteed. At this effect, please make sure to mention the following hotel reservation code "ESO Interop", which is valid for all the hotels here mentioned. Beware, that code is not going to be recognised by any hotel registration web form! Just mention it in your email or otherwise verbal communication ("verbal interoperability").

Daily rates include breakfast. All rooms are with shower/WC.

One hotel is located in Munich, would you want to be closer to downtown, the others are all in Garching.

The hotels in Garching are within walking distance of each other (map of Garching) and from the U-Bahn (metro) station (U6). There is easy access to downtown Munich as well as to the science site (Garching Forschungszentrum) by subway (U-Bahn) (see also Local Information).
