In the control room:

• Open an xterm on w2p2ins, and type rlogin odt5 -l fcdrun
• Now type su - vltmgr.
• Now bring down the FIERA environments by typing vccEnvStop -e wodt5.
• In the computer room, set the Toggle Switch to Analog.
• If FEROS adapter is in, Park M3.
• Main Drives OFF, Amplifiers ON.

In the dome:

• Put the telescope lock pins in (Alpha & Delta).
• Switch off the WFI controller.
• Switch off the FIERA unit.
• Switch off the PULPO unit.
• At the PULPO, disconnect cables labelled:
  • Pulpo power cable
  • Pulpo
  • Telephone alarm (plug in the attached bypass)
  • The two black optic fibers
• At the FIERA junction box (base of telescope, west side) disconnect the two arange optic fibres.
• Disconnect the N2 hose flow.
• Disconnect Adapter.
• At the WFI controller, disconnect:
  • RS-232
  • PULPO / SHUTTER
  • X-114
  • X-115
• At the FIERA rack, disconnect:
  • Big black cable
  • DO NOT FORGET TO DISCONNECT The Pump (at the telescope base).
  • The 2 cooling hoses shielded male and female and connect one to each other
  • The ground cable
• Phone mechanics, they will now dismount the WFI using the special tools kept in the big green tool box next to the electronic rack at the 2.2m dome floor.
