REGISTRATION FEES

In-person participants*:

  • Full fee: 140 EUR
  • Students**: 60 EUR

Remote participants: 50 EUR

 

* The fees of in-person participants will cover lunches and coffee breaks.

** The registration fee will be waived for students that are part of the DUSTBUSTERS nodes or ESO.

Payment deadline: 10 June 2024

Please note:

  • Registrations will be considered completed only upon receipt of the fee payment.
  • The registration fee is payable only through the ESO shop, via credit card. 
  • We CANNOT accept payments during the workshop.

Important: Following the payment of the registration fee, the system will generate automatically a receipt, which will bear the address provided during the payment process. Should it be necessary that the receipt states your institute's address, this will need to be taken into account when filling in the payment form, as ESO cannot amend the automatically generated receipts later manually.

For cancellations please contact dustbusters at eso dot org. The registration fee will be automatically refunded in full if cancelled before the start of the conference.
