POSTERS

Each poster author will be provided with one side of a free-standing board. We will provide double-sided sticky tape to fix it to the board. The posters are limited to a standard A0 (841 x 1189 mm; 33.1 x 46.8 inch, portrait orientation) size or smaller.
The posters can be put up on Sunday afternoon during the reception, or any time during the week.

Poster session

On Wednesday, all poster authors are invited to give a short (2 minutes + 2 minutes for questions) summary talk of their poster.
Presentations should be made available to the IT contact person in the conference room by 08:30 on Wednesday.
The name of the file should be <your last name>_<keyword of the title of your poster>.pdf/ppt/pptx.
 

Zenodo

We intend to make poster presentations available in Zenodo:
http://www.eso.org/sci/meetings/2017/calibration2017/zenodo.html
You will be asked to sign a document to agree (or not) that the poster presentation be converted to pdf and uploaded to Zenodo.
If you wish to provide an edited version, it should be made available to us by March 1.

We intend to record all posters and discussion and make them also available through Zenodo together with the presentation.
You will be asked to sign a document agreeing (or not) to have the recorded presentation distributed through Zenodo.
