VLT exhibition

From the opening of the joint CERN/ESO exhibition Infinitus in Lisbon in 1994: Richard West, the Portuguese Prime Minister, Vitor Constâncio (President of Banco de Portugal and of Lisbon European Capital of Culture) and Peter Creola (ESO Council President) passing by a 1:50 scale model of the VLT.
