Construction of the ELT in Chile
Construction of the ELT is underway in Northern Chile, 2019. The ELT will have fantastic resolution and will provide images 16 times sharper than those from the Hubble Space Telescope. The building in the center is main base for workers and engineers on the top of the Cerro Armazones.
