Naidu Bezawada prepares a system to test ELT's near infrared detectors

Dr. Naidu Bezawada is sitting in a closed laboratory, while inspecting and handling a black and red electronic instrument. The working table is lit by a magnifying glass as big as a hand which includes a circular LED light. Other instruments on the table include a grey squared electronic instrument with cables connected, partly visible, and a black telephone behind it.

Dr. Nagaraja Naidu Bezawada is working for the future of the ELT. At the detector laboratories located at ESO's Headquarters, different instruments are being prepared that will test the performance and capabilities of the ELT. Here, Dr. Bezawada is preparing an electronic preamplifier, which will test the ELT's near infrared detectors.
