Bright halo over the ESO Supernova

On the 15 April 2018 bright halo phenomenon appeared over ESO Supernova Planetarium & Visitor Centre. A halo is an optical phenomenon produced by light (in this case solar) interacting with ice crystals suspended in the atmosphere. Several features can be seen in this photo: the 22º halo, a parhelium with related parhelic circle and the upper tangent arc. More information about halo formations is available here.
