There's a Hubble overhead

Around the exhibit path at the ESO Supernova Planetarium & Visitor Centre there is a model replica of the NASA/ESA Hubble Space Telescope hanging overhead. The exhibit will teach you all about Hubble and other space telescopes. In reality, the Hubble Space Telescope is 13.3-metres long and weighs around 12 000 kg.

The model is a loan from the European Space Agency (ESA).

The exhibition is called The Living Universe and focuses on the human–Universe connection, general astronomy, life in the Universe, and how we observe the Universe.
