The ALMA camp horizon by night
This wide angle image was taken just below the ALMA camp on the ESO Ultra HD Expedition. The dormant volcano Licancabur is visible on the horizon as is Saturn rising on the right and the bright star Arcturus in the middle. Higher up in the sky, the noticable group of stars, the Coma Berenices star cluster can easily be seen with unaided eyes.
