Minister Heubisch and Tim de Zeeuw
The Bavarian State Minister of Sciences, Research and the Arts, Dr Wolfgang Heubisch, made a special visit to ESO’s Paranal Observatory in Chile on 24–25 May 2013. Here his delegation is seen in the enclosure of VLT’s mighty second telescope (UT2) with Andreas Kaufer Director of Operations (in blue helmet) explaining.
