Long baselines only in Cycle 7 and 9:
Starting from Cycle 7 there will be a longer term array configuration schedule indicating the anticipated configurations for the following three cycles, in this case Cycle 7, 8 and 9.

Configurations C-1 through C-8 (with maximum baselines between 0.16 and 8.5 km) will be offered every cycle, however, importantly, users should note that configurations with baselines longer than 13 km (C-9 and C-10) are scheduled only for Cycle 7 and 9 but not Cycle 8.
It is therefore imperative that long baseline projects (C-9 and C10) be submitted in the coming call for Cycle 7, as these baseline will not be re-visited until 2022.
