Configuring a recipe during workflow execution (interactive mode)
- The interactive mode is disabled by default. To enable it, select an interactive mode either in the Common parameter settings -window or in the Parameter configuration -window.
- Before executing each recipe a recipe input configuration window is displayed. In this window the parameters and the input frames for the recipe can be viewed and edited.
- The Status bar on the top indicates if any required input files for the recipe are missing.
To add missing files, use the Add/remove input frames -button.
- The Parameters tab allows you to edit the recipe input parameters. Remember to press enter to apply any changes.
- The Naming scheme drop-down list on the top right corner selects the product file naming scheme used by the recipes. Overwrite option will always overwrite the previous products, and Numeric shall append unique numbers to the file names. Be careful with Numeric though: fits files are big and you can easily fill up your disk with them.
- The recipe executes after pressing Execute recipe button. If the status bar shows green you can just press
enter
.
- Abort workflow button will abort the workflow execution. Intermediate results (if any) can be found in the specified working directory.
- The input files can be viewed with the viewer that is set in the Settings -window.
