YEPUN M2 mirror installation
Installation of the M2 Mirror in its cell, at the top of the mechanical structure of YEPUN . During this operation, the telescope is moved to the horizontal position. This scene is reflected in the primary 8.2-m Zerodur mirror - it can be seen that the M2 mirror cover is still on. (This digital photo was obtained on August 27, 2000).
