Insight Astronomy Photographer of the Year 2017 (fulldome show)

2017 was the ninth year of the Insight Astronomy Photographer of the Year competition, hosted by the Royal Observatory, Greenwich.  Almost four thousand amazing images were submitted from 91 countries (covering all seven continents).

Each year the Royal Observatory creates a short planetarium show to showcase some of the best entries to the competition, and try to distribute it as widely as we can so they can be seen by as many people as possible. Hopefully, we can inspire others to join in and we’ll be seeing their entries in years to come!
