View above La Silla
An equirectangular panorama view above ESO's La Silla Observatory reveals a plethora of night sky gems. The faint red and green hues produced by airglow encircle the site, while the majestic Milky Way cuts across the sky. The Large and Small Magellanic Clouds are visible amongst a sea of stars in this panorama image.
