Unveiling our Cool Universe in Ultra HD
A fish-eye/fulldome time-lapse of ALMA, the Atacama Large Millimeter/submillimeter Array — a huge new facility at 5000 metres above sea level on the Chajnantor Plateau, dedicated to studying the cool Universe. Captured in ultra high definition this video was captured during the ESO Ultra HD Expedition.
