The Paranal family
This ultra HD panorama image was taken during the ESO Ultra HD Expedition. It shows almost all the telescopes of the Paranal Observatory. Three of the small Auxiliary Telescopes are visible as well as all four Unit Telescopes of the VLT. One of the Unit Telescopes has its guiding laser active and is pointing at the centre of the Milky Way. This image was taken using a fish-eye lens and has been extended to a 360 x 180 degrees (with black) panorama.
