ALMA antennas
This aerial picture shows the Chajnantor Plateau, place of the ALMA Observatory, from high above. Dozens of dishes from the Observatory are spread over the plateau and cast long dark shadows in the red sand.
In the centre of the image the crowded gathering of the Atacama Compact Array is visible.
