Number of papers published using observational data from different observatories (1996–2020)

This graphic presents the number of refereed papers published based on data from ESO and other telescopes over the period 1996 to 2020. These numbers are from the ESO Telescope Bibliography. Note that different observatories use different selection criteria for inclusion or exclusion of papers.
