Philippe Rioufreyt addresses participants at the ELT M1 contracts signing ceremony

The contracts to manufacture and polish the ELT primary mirror segments were signed on 30 May 2017 by ESO’s Director General, Tim de Zeeuw, and senior representatives of SCHOTT and Safran Reosc, a subsidiary of Safran Electronics & Defense, in the presence of key ESO staff members.
