A view of the Garching research campus
This aerial view shows the Research Neutron Source Heinz Maier-Leibnitz (FRM II), the GALILEO, a congress, business and leisure centre (still under construction) and the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, all part of the Technical University of Munich (TUM), in Garching bei München, in Germany.
In 2017 the "egg of Garching" turned 60, marking 6 decades of neutron research in Garching.
