The presentations are preloaded on the computers inside the session room by our technicians in the Speaker Ready Room (Pont de Sully). You need to give your presentations to the technicians at the latest during the break prior to your presention or before the start of the first session of the day of your presentation. You will not be able use your own laptop. This will be strictly enforced. Details the equipment which will be supplied can be found on the Audio-Visual Information page.
In the session, you will control your presentation on the computer provided in the session room. Please do not load your presentation on the computer in the session room yourself as it will be deleted.

It is strongly recommended that you test your presentation in the Speaker Ready Room (Pont de Sully) during the break or scheduled time preceding your presentation.
