DEM L 144 near N44 in the Large Magellanic Cloud
Region in the Large Magellanic Cloud towards the South of N44 with pink-green shades that has been designated DEM L 144. It is a region of ionised hydrogen. The colours have been enhanced compared to ESO Press Photo eso0332a to clearly show the different shades.
