- The Son of X-Shooter (SOXS) is offered for observations, following the SOXS Operation Policies
- FLAMES and PIONIER are likely to be offered for the last time this Period, with plans to be decommissioned
- Large Programmes are not offered for VLTI-UT, due to ongoing Large Programme commitments
- ToO runs can be scheduled also in Rank B
- Scientific keywords must be selected in decreasing order of relevance both in the proposals and the User Portal for a better assignment of the proposals to the reviewers expertise.
- Any use of AI for the evaluation of ESO proposals is a breach of confidentiality and is strictly forbidden
